Did you follow the installation instructions EXACTLY?
They are quite picky about sensor location & very picky about wiring.
Do not be lazy with wiring them up.

the LC1's are easy as to install, done heaps of them. I am sure you got it all correct if the programming part worked as you said? or are you just talking about the free-air calibrate pushbutton?
I believe it is a software issue. Have you checked you have the correct com port configured in logworks?
I will grab my laptop out of my car tomorrow and have another banter at where settings actually are so I can steer you in the exact direction needed to confirm the com port settings.
I do believe that you have it working all ok though. If it is the unit you told me you were getting, then someone could of changed some settings on you? because from memory, different firmware versions used differing baud rates, and I think that it is configurable, so maybe you dont have it set to whatever the last bloke had it set to. I am not fully up to date with the latest firmware in terms of the com settings, but I will sus it out tomorrow when I get a chance and let you know.
Do you get any coms when trying to configure the aux output ports 1 and 2 ? (ie. to set up the voltage levels they output with the seperate configuration program LM programmer ? )
Talk tomorrow mate!

Ive had a little bit of experience with trying to connect old scientific equipment with serial ports to modern laptops with USB to serial adapters. In my case it has always come down to having the right adapter. Some are shit and just don't work for some equipment. Usually the $50 adapters work better than the $10 jobbies. Hope it is just a setting though. Good luck!
