Yeah you see full boost really quick !!!

with my dump only i had 5psi at 2500rpm now ive got 2psi at 2800rpm

I think the Turbosmart Gauge cup's are heaps better then Auto Meter one's just my two cents !!!

They have real bolts through the clamp and not screws !!!! which makes it hold tighter and easier to adjust !!!

most synthetics are fine for use with turbo's without a timer, i would install one but i dont see a risk or flog my car then turn it off, normally just a gentle 2 mins before the key turns to off..

Yeah love auto meter but you said the problem My tubosmart Gauge was $49.50 from Hi Octane Racing !!! Auto-meter cup's are not as good as the price !!!

turbosmart cups are $35 and auto meter are $65+ and dont hold as well !!!

As for the oil i run penrite everyday full synthetic 10w-40 at this point but ill up grade to the really good renrite when the motor is built !!! I like PENRITE just my pref

Now the timer !!!! Some times i run a little late for work and as soon as its warmed up it gets a work-out on the way to work .. then ive got to get out and go again so i don't want to run the risk !!!! for the $10 a year it cost's And just the fact that i like getting out and it's still running !!!! SAD I KNOW
