I have to get onto CAMS and ask them if I can run a 7A block in my AE101 GT-Apex. Under their rules, I can use any N/A engine with free modifications as long as the block is from the same series of engine as came with the car. So I can use any 4A engine I like. My plans are for a blacktop, but as the Australian AE101 came with the 7AFE, I would like to use that block.
The technicality comes in when you consider that the ADM AE101 wasn't Group-A homologated, whereas the JDM AE101 Levin was, hence my ability to run it in the classes I plan to...
