    blake
considering thats what i had on the rolla i know they fit.
may need a 3mm spacer but that would be max.
    cheers

If you are using matched R33 calipers and R33 discs then isn't the wheel fitment same as an R33? Easiest way to test wheels BEFORE you buy them.

alas the 33 is 5 stud and would require a 25mm 5-4 stud adapter to give it the same pattern and offset of the disc as what this setup is so short answer NO.

Ah yes, forgot the 4 to 5 stud issues (both my cars have been converted to 5 stud). Caliper clearance will be the same though won't it?

    Callum

    EDIT: Ignore me, brain fade.

Went and looked again and realised rotors are now rear mounted so heaps more caliper clearance. Had myself confused as you mentioned you try to keep rotor/caliper from same Skyline model so can upgrade easily with same brackets.

    ps check my avatar.
That 3mm would be fixed with an RT132 hub instead of the XT130 hub, as there's about 4mm difference (off the top of my head) between the two...

    just an update on this.
i finally got the brackets for the r32 stuff back on fri and this time they measured correctly.
everything bolts up sweet (thank christ).

got absolutely flogged for the brackets though so this wont be a cheap ugrade but probly the best thing you could fit behind 15" simmons.

    cheers

3-4mm .. i measured at pickies when this was discovered.

    its in the original thread.

xt130 requires wheels with a bit off meat on the mounting surface as the caliper siter proud 3-4mm.

RTXXX has the hub inline with the highest point of the caliper so flat wheels work.

curving back spokes are an issue depending on wheel diameter.

put it this way .. hilux/pug and 14inch celica steelies .. dont work by about 2-3mm due to curve backwards design in the spokes.

    damn simmons wheels.
with the disc 3mm of the lca there needs to be a 3mm spacer in there for the calipers to clear the bolts (3 piece).
but ill go to pickies tommorrow with verniers to check the difference (dont like spacers that aren't bolt on)

for anyone interested in doing this with simmons ill put up all the measurements for the parts that need to be machined to do this upgrade.

oh ssr's clear no worries at all.

    cheers
