    Try the for sale section - there is an injected one for great money last time I looked.

    I think there are a couple in the sale section just at the moment. Haunt that section as they crop up regularly.

    MrStroker... unsure the exact nature of what will be let to slide on throwing up Fleabay links (normally deleted) but since this is an 18R-G thread, I think that whole 18R-C motors are generally not really worth purchasing... they make great boat anchors though!!

    Hi The Witzl, I think you should edit the original post of this topic with as many details on the 18R-G as have been verified within these 104 pages.
    If all of the information has already been compiled then i think a link to where this data is stored should be edited into the original post.

    Cheers,
    Karl =P

    Ps. Apologies for the fleabay links, thank you o_man_ra23 for informing me of the rules of this site.

    What, it spun a rod real bad? Or bent one?

    I might have to talk to you soon about work needed for a 2.4 18R bottom end. I never thought I'd waste the time doing it, but I may be embarking on an "interesting" (read: stupid, money wasting, noisey, guzzling, slow) project sooner that I thought.

    keep talking Main issue is they would all need a side grind and i don't really want to splash that much cash on this rebuild as only the one rod is kaput.

    It'll stay n/a ....or at most a low boost carbie setup so the 18R rods will do.

    The dead one is the result of the previous owner (who shall remain nameless) driving with a spun bearing...he was driving carefully cause that knocking noise didn't sound good

    Lucky you didn't name Zano... he could be quite embarrassed!

    I could spare one for ya Justen, but surely someone local has one to save the pain of posting.

    Witzl hasn't mentioned a price yet so i'll see what he comes up with for the 4 RG rods.

    I'm asking around the locals too so i'll let you know, ta.

    I might have a chat with Jase RE a short block package using the RG rods and the pistons you sold to Zane...i have neither the time or patience for bottom end rebuilds myself these days

    It take patience and a lot of F'ing around. I'm getting inclined to pay and play with bottom ends too.

    Finding someone you trust to give you what you pay for is the challenging part...
