You can buy rings from wheel shops that serve the purpose of making wheels with a larger hub size still hubcentric, they aren't expensive. I got some from tempe when i went there to get tyres..
Plenty of people don't worry about wheels being hubcentric, but for the $10 or whatever they cost, i figure it is worth doing

I brought it up because the original text only said "70mm centres" (not 70mm centrebore) followed by "100mm diagonal" which is how a lot of n00bs try and measure PCD on eBay - the distance from the centre of one stud to the centre of the next stud, which on a 4x100 PCD is almost exactly 70mm. I've seen several attempts to describe 5-stud PCDs as "xxxx mm between each stud" because of the difficulty in accurately measuring the PCD due to the odd number of studs (can't do a diagonal like you can with a 4-stud or 6-stud).
