yeah - I got no problems organising a OST xmas BBQ meet or something.. I just don't want to interfere with peoples family commitments or anything..

But yeah - certainly a gathering to get everyone together and meet and talk will be on the cards for some time before motorvation

well technically, its only what 4-5 weeks away

and with xmas and new years coming up really fast, the chances for something like the above gets pushed really close to the actual even date.

Greeeeaaaat :\ So how long untill you find out if you are _really_ in?

Also whats their policy on refunds? If too many OSTs get cut I dont really want to go. And if I choose not to go can I give my spot to one of the cut OSTs?

dont think it will work like that - they gonna choose the cars they want to see or what they think other people want so see..at motorvation.

i got an acceptance letter today saying i am deffinately in.

and knowing what ****s are running the joint if 14 out of 15 ost people get declined i bet they wont give that 15th person a refund

I think you will find that they are legaly bound to give you a refund if you are declind.
I have already won an $80,000 law suit this year so i am feeling lucky.
Anyway I have just got back from 3 weeks in NZ so it would be great to get up to speed on what has been organised and what I can help with.
    Cheers

When I was at the meeting for perth street car, the fella there was ging on about a lot more late entries so I reckon if they are smart they'll just knock off those people.
Well poo to them if they do that. but at least they'll get there arses into gear for next years one to make sure there is plenty of space for every one.

I think they are sending a second round of letters to say who is definately in. Should recieve them sometime this week.

Like Luke says - I hope they don't cut too many of the OST crew.. in fact - I hope they don't cut any at all!!
I guess only time will tell.

    Alright people,

because xmas and new years are coming up fast, and weekends the other side of new years are looking rather full.

i would like to extend an invitation to the OST Motovation entrants to attend a BBQ/Pool Party and beer fest at my place this coming sunday

im not sure how everyones schedules are, but i was thinking from 12pm onwards.

Just a chance to sit down, relax and discuss, talk rubbish

Just send a text to me if you want to show up, 0405145069

    Craig.
