3sgte gen 2 alternator issues

hey guys, so my alternator isnt charging the battery, ive measured the +V at the batt and its flat 12 and drains, and the charge lamp comes on.

So far i have:

-measured the voltage at the three pin outs when the alternator is running and is +9,0,+9 (ig,charge lamp,other one) and when not plugged into alternator, the loom measures 10,10,10.

-the voltages were from a almost drained battery hence the 9,10 etc.

the alternator is new and was working prior to taking the engine out. any ideas?

Is the 100A alt fuse intact?

Yep no blown fuse :/
