FYI there are different versions (for different international markets) of both the s14 and s15 t28's. Different bearings (CHRA's) and one of the s15 versions had a seperator in the exhaust flange.
For example the Australian market never got the BB s14 turbos and only a few s15's got the BB version but were retrofitted with s14 parts instead.

Call me silly, have you got the oil and water feeds to the turbo around the right way dude. I could be looking at those last pics wrong as i cannot see the side of your block

yeah was thinking about it more this afternoon, the oil on the inlet side of the turbo means there is oil getting there, just, either too much (no restrictor?) or seals are shot. esp on the inlet side, although, you do appear to be getting it on both sides aye looking at those exhaust pics....

ps: dash looks cool in blue too

Its time to make myself LOOK LIKE A REAL F@#K WIT

Pulled the oil return off and started the thing !!! still had some oil coming out but thought is was residual so i cleaned the throat, and repeated this for a for about ten mins while checking the oil !!!!! (of course)

Here's were i found that the oil drain from the sump was blowing oil out!!!! now we all no what that mean's ( the drain port is to low !!! F@#K WIT )

Continued after plugging the drain and checking the oil and found that the oil in the compressor throat got less and less till there was only a slight bit of blow out when i gave it some rev's....

Now the sump must come out and have a new port put in... Think i will put a huge one in (20mm) the rear of the sump and clock the turbo back a bit and see if that fixes my prob

i have a 0.8 restrictor so that's not a factor !!! just my stupidity !!!!

ah OK. hmm, too low. strange.
the return didn't look that low mate.

my old dash (well part of it) - the console had a volt gauge in it which was replaced by a boost gauge.
