So if I get an RG flange, an SR20 manifold is the right pitch? Otherwise, I'm takin a TIG welding class on the 19th. Class project?
22R throttle body bolts on, not sure about clearance with the cable linkages. The 22R butterfly is smaller than the 18R-G one.
5M-E throttlebody also bolts on, linkages are on the opposite side though. The 5M-E butterfly is the same size as the 18R-G one.
You'd have to match up the type of TPS if you were to use original EFI computer etc. 18R-G uses 3-pin, 5M-E early uses 3-pin (from memory), 5M late uses 4-pin
22R (one version at least) uses 4-pin.

Brad, EFI setups are as rare as fat Japanese. Expect to pay in the range of $800 for a complete setup. The other route is ITB's and extrude-a-rail with MS ECU. That'll run you about $1200.
Steve, here's the solution to a 5M TB:
I've been e-mailing Toysport weekly about the pump and no reply since the last post.
In Aus, a complete EFI set should set you back around $300, then it is wise to replace the injectors and do a few other niceties while you are at it.

I bought a full stock setup including injectors, loom, manifold, TB, rail and the proper RGEU thermostat housing for $300 plus freight. It wasn't a 22R manifold. It is currently sitting in a bucket in shiny sandblasted pieces next to the fresh motor which is on an engine stand in my shed...
