was probably toe out (due to worn bushes) on the rear when under accel that caused the steering
I have experienced this in a Mitsu Starion with 170rwkw and worn bushes. It wasnt the power that did it, it was the sloppy rear bushes but yes the torque can steer a rwd but its not called torque steer, its called stuffed bushesOriginally Posted by Vios-GT_07

the old canary would do that... i always thought because it had a rotary and there was a fair bit of torque out of the engine.. (i could've sworn on hard take-off, the car actually lifts up and the whole car would swing left )... then i noticed that after a few drag sessions, the back right tyre was wearing out 4 times faster than the left one... so the way i can best explain is there is front lift, and chassis twist... oh and it's mini-spooled so both wheels spin the same regardless..
Research has shown child in front seat causes accidents, accident in back seat causes child
yes as a whole front wheel drive cars will allways have a tendancy to understeer as opposed to rwd cars but you enter a corner too fast in any type of car then you should probably be going slowerOriginally Posted by love ke70
