Sounds like something else is missing, an AFR of 14.0 at full throttle is too lean - unless you meant redline at part throttle and rather than full throttle?
Hello from Sweden!
I have a customer with a racecar Celica and an 3seg Beams Red Top engine out of an automatic car. The Celica has an manual gearbox.
When we run the car in our Dynapack dyno the AFR went down to 10:1 from aprox 3200 rpm and up. Could this be due to the ECU (automatic) want some signal from the gearbox?
At steady 3000 rpm the AFR was around 14.7 untill nearly full throttel when it got to 14.0.
So the o2 regulation seems to work properly.
Or does anyone have a clue about what's wrong here.

Must.... avoid.... urge... to... upgrade... parts I haven't.... used.... yet.....
Dyno result.
Any ideas about the reason for the rich AFR and low power.
Problem solved.
New MAF fixed the rich AFR, and the discovery of an faulty knock-sensor found the lost power.
