If the JZ is anything like the 1G and 7M just keep using the auto ecu, wont make a differance.
hey guys,
Ive searched all arvo and cant seem to find an answer to this. I have 1jzgte mated to a manual box with a auto ecu and loom (motor from jzz30). Can i use a jzx90 manual ecu? Pins are all the same etc but im not sure if its wired differently?
cheers
nathan

You're already using an auto ecu on a manual car. And you are asking if you can go back to manual ECU without repinning?
I am sure the answer is yes. Although you would have had to bridge the neutral start switch in the Auto ECU to get it to run on the manual anyway...

I know what you mean, but the loom is from auto car with auto ecu. Just didnt know if the manuals ran a different loom with different wiring
just going to try it and see what happens
