Hehehehe.. 2 years ago Norbies 1998 Century won the classic car section!

I can understand people who bring a classic stocker a long distance to an event, purely to show their car, to be a tad miffed to be beaten by a non-stock classic, let alone a vehicle that is still decades from being in that category.

Toyotafest judging is a lot more strict and fair. Hmmm... now.. if we could jam in a drag or motor event in the Toyotafest schedule...

Khana in the carpark? No need for marker poles, just use the concrete columns....

    FINAL CALL:

All those who were at toy nats, the incident that occured with the hyundai Excel on friday night - right after Case ripped the freakin sign out from under it roughly in the middle of what was a 40 minute rip-fest on the poor hundai owner, someone took a photo of me holding the keep left sign next to the Excel, this is the only photo I really needed from teh entire weekend as I did not have a car there.

If you read this and have it, PLEASE pm me! PLEASE!

Also, how fucking funny was it, the poor dude gets ripped on for about 30 mins or so, then the genius idea of a push start is brought up, 3/4 ppl strt pushing him frantically down the road while I sing out "Does he even know HOW to push start?"

Cue him turning the key for 50 odd metres while being pushed along by a few toymodders, the rest of us pissing ourselves at the spectacle.

then it turns out he only lived down the road so the same friendly toymodders pushed him all the way home!

Classic, I was wondering if he maybe drove past us on Sunday one of the multiple times we were broken down and had a chuckle to himself. Although i doubt it as he hadn't managed to get the Excel running with his complex toolkit (comprising of just an axe and some random feral bitch, lol)

    good times.

come to think of it, didn't some of the more rapist-like members chase the feral he was with, and if so - how'd that pan out? footage?

Funnily enough thats what we did when we needed to make test-tracks for the FSAE car when we were limited to using the markets carpark. Anyone who drove past unattended road-works were encouraged to "liberate" a few, pretty sure there was one occasion where someone sat in the back of Doc's SS ute (Bill will know the reference) like a council garbo, jumping out and grabbing witches hat when spotted.
