Very interesting modification - great thinking out of the box.

I have taken the turbos off my 2JZGTE VVTi before I do the engine conversion and am wondering if I should set it up the same so I don't need to worry about the overboost issue either. I can do a bit of porting on the casting around the wastegate of the other turbo too.

1. For anyone who has done this, is it recommended? I am hoping for 350whp+ so do I need to consider this?

2. Is there some middle ground here, where the size of the drilled hole is not so big or the installed sleeve has a hole to allow some flow through it?

I had intended on staying with the sequential setup, but would like to get the most out of the twins and overboosting may well come into play as I have found a large bore exhaust at the right price to install.

AFRs will be monitored by a wide band O2 sensor and maybe I will increase the pressure in the fuel rail if I find it goes too lean.
