im using ferodo 2500s into a custom hilux pad.
Wasnt cheap but stops excellently!
what about the rears. if im using ferodo on the front does that mean i need them for the back aswell.
need? nope, but it cant hurt.Originally Posted by bigmat
yours are DS2500's in the front and by the size of your front brakes i dont think the rears will do much when they're lifted off the ground
would be nice to have a matching set in the rear but a set of bendix ultimate or similar would work also if your not keen on lashing out the extra just yet (but knowing you then i dare say you will)
cheers

Has anyone tried the bendix 4wd pads, as in the heavier duty 1's, maybe a cheaper option for those on a budget.

For equal size bores use 200SX/Skyline/WRX/many other models pads.
For non-equal size bores use FD RX7 pads, with one of the squeal tabs removed. (you can figure out which one, it hits the rotor hat)
Bendix Performance/Ultimate on the street. I dislike EBC Greenstuffs after having significant shuddering issues with them and slotted rotors on my old AE92, and hearing many other people complain about the same thing.
Ferodo DS2500s on the track.
