Why not just put in 4.1 or 4.3 gears from a hilux or hiace.
I'd like to know what is the easiest way to change my diff ratio from 3.9 to 4.1 or 4.3.
I have read that supra internals can be installed in my housing. What about just changing the ring and pinion gears. Can I just buy supra ring and pinion gears and have them installe in my housing??

Apparently going back the other way, ie MX83 gears to pre 89ish Hilux diff housings is difficult/requires modification

UZA28 - Accruing parts - Packed away in the farm container
LN65 - Awaiting 1KZT dual transfer 4.88 electric locker transplant
YN65 - Drive car and cabin donor - ok fuckit 1UZ conversion
YN65 - Additional cabin donor - engineered bogan spec
Hilux /Hiace 4.1 4.3 4.375 AND 4.55 gears will swap with MX83 gears but not 4.875 or 5.28
Do not bother trying to put in a Hilux lsd or locker
