what about AC cobra style side pipes - exit before the rear wheel with small dumps - and have your ears rattled

Possible, but would only work to the drivers side. I'd say it'd piss me off after a while

Going to look at a car on the weekend, fingers crossed.

They're illegal here. There's a certain distance behind the rear most open window that the exhaust can vent.

we ran them "legally" on a old Hz holden ute , it wasnt all that bad to be honest

My dad thought 4 inch outlets off hotdogs , from a noisy 253 ( they are only good for the noise , not power ) would be a " fun thing to do "

how it was done is still muffler i\under car - but vent about 3 inches before the rear wheel - understably the ute had a bit more distance between door and rear wheel ..

You can run them legally on monaro coupe's ( old not new ) and falcon coupes

Z30 screams Grandpa, does nothing for me. They feel a lot bigger than they are too.

Those Z30's actually look kinda hot, but I'd still take a black wingless JZA80, tasteful 19" rims, slightly lowered, done.

that was 3 seconds of google imaging...the Z30 is let down by the stock lines I belive...a Vertex kit or the traum kits for them make them look very sex indeed

The red one I still don't like cos it looks slab sided, the blue one only looks good cos of the widebody kit. I like the fact the JZA80 looks hot without needing a kit.

Have to justify your purchase to yourself some way huh?

I'll take an un or subtle bodykitted JZA80 anyday.

Like you're silly enough to try and deny it. In what way aren't they better?

Bah, we have already clarified that you just want to have two exhausts to be a 'poser'...

    Tis total rice

Oh and I'm quite diggin Z30's...wouldn't mine one...one day

Then again JZA80s are well nice too

    Cheers

If I wanted two exhausts to be a poser, then why am I quite happy to join them at the very end, yet still go to the trouble of running twins?
