    ideal would be what your injectors flow per min but ive never seen a need to go bigger than 2.5l.

    Well when you consider that your injectors wont be running 100%DC all the time, you are right

    If you take an average DC% your injectors will run at during heaving acceleration (i rekon, 75%-80%), then if you have 4 x 550cc/min injectors, thats about 1.7L

    can anyone tell me if the Walbro GSS342 (255 lph) fuel pump is safe to run externally?

    PUBE. Im taking your advice in the tank idea. looked up that they as fare as i could see that the RT142 tank bolts straght in to the ST141. so now need a new RT142 efi tank...
    Thanks for your info i should have went this way to start.
