    Pistons are about $700ish... Chains and guides, bottom set is identical to 18RC as is the bottom cog for the upper set, so they are all cheap, and the top chain is about $40. The top guides and tensioner, if you can find them, are dear as... and the top cogs, well i managed to find a pair of genuine toyotas brand new for the handsome sum of $275

    My head studs are custom. Jason (YelloRolla) organised a group buy not long ago. They are the biz! I have a spare set, but they are going into my next 18RG.

    Furthering Owen's comment, the chains and lower guides are actually available from a couple of aftermarket manufacturers. The upper guides are the tricky one's to track down.
