Actual entrants can look forward to a PM from me on meeting details..

    good work damo.....

Dean you may be suprised at the nice/rice cars we may possibly have lined up.....
Wayno, Tristan, johnny, etc there are a couple which could easily give every other ricer a run for their money down there. Although as you say there are a few stocko messy looking ones too

matty does the good cars out weigh the stocko's.
i'm just worried that if mine turns up it will detract from the better ones of the group. unless, as usual, you and damo have some master plan, to make my car and the other stocko's look the part.
Maybe pull my bumper off. to show the cooler and radiator. I dunno i'm dribbling shit as per normal. Soon as I get work and get some cash i'll put my form in if you still need/want me part of the display.

    regards,
    deano.

p.s. I don't mind sitting this one out if ya want, save my cash for more mods/another car

In regards to the whole bling thing we could just use the cars that arnt so bling as part of the whorkshop theme that they are being worked on and therefore arnt quite up to scratch I think you could get away with it like that thats the beauty about entering as a club so longs you have a few nice blingin cars there ya sweet! I will be blingin big time with plenty of chrome this year as well! Oh yes just you wait and see! LOL!

Tristan bring the 4stair out to play I'm sure there will be plenty of old (myself included) and newies that would like to see it again!

Ok Friday night is good with me send me the details!

yeah friday should be ok with me. umm matteh i think offhand, just a thought i had...i reckon we should paint the soarer engine bay before we stick the 1J in... what will the OST sprayman charge to do the engine bay in say gloss black? i just think it'll make a good base if i have my hood open all day at autosalon.

No point having your hood open all day to show off a standard looking engine!!
I hope the rest of the 1J gets some Bling treatment

Tristan! Glad to see you finally chipped into the thread.
I say bring the "4stair" out to play again. It still has people dribble on it no matter where it goes.. and so it would be good to have you as part of our Bling display

And Deano.. no need to cry about your stealth looking camry. Its still one of the most modified camry's I've ever seen!
yeah - remove the grille to reveal intercooler.. take the bonnet off for the weekend.. pop that boot to reveal install .. and get those door trims finished!!

man you better be bringing that shit to autosalon, its the shizzle nizzle and will have people drooling all day long.......hopefully not just me

Chris....to paint an engine bay properly and make it look show spec absolutely everything needs to be removed from it...i mean everything, its a huge job to do it properly!!! Prolly not something worth doing right now, i think a boot install or someting else would be better to spend the time on. As Damo said most people will prolly assume the motor is stock.

Wayno... i have no doubt your car will be blinging!!! it always is, that thing must snap so many heads it gives physio's more work. I got one particular mod to rival you this year though prolly still wont match the holy cow factor yours gets.......

Friday night peeps, keep it free, everyone involved should be there. hopefully damo has done some PM'ing???

well except for the big shiny blingin FMIC and pipe kit ive got waiting to go into it, and the shiny turbosmart bov.. theres not much.

matty i was thinking more along the lines actually of a simple matt black spray over the top job. just anything BUT smokers teeth coloured. maybe i should just get a few cans of aussie export and spray around things such as brake booster etc.. on the stained bits to sort of give it some level of colgate smile?! (in white obviously, not black)

Ok Ive just been looking at the recent results from Sydney Autosalon and check this out:

Hassan's K24 powered Del-Sol CRX currently holds the 4 Clydiner NA record and over the weekend he smashed his own record and now the recrod sits at 142.1 KW!!

Say what!! Thats only like 190 HP for the CABIN record, you are kidding... someone donate me some money so I get my MOTEC and all of Glenns racing BEAMS mods, I'll smash with 240HP!!
