i think if u were just to run all the goods they u have listed i think u would be right on the money tell your neibour to add a set of cams like my mate dide he had basically the same combination but had a good set of cams to go with but 850cc injectors and the turbo was a hks 28/35 turboand he pushed out 246rwkw on 22 psi so if thats any help to u buddy.

ps compression was running at around 8.5:1

5cc/min per hp for 170hp = 850cc/min injectors, which im certainly not running.

you've got a good turbo choice going and that would make the power easily along with some head work and 15-20psi

mate has a nice setup in his car (FLYNSX on this forum) with a gt2871rs which may be worthwhile checking out or even 30psi 4agte who made 300rwkw

handy calculator for injector selection and rough table of injector <-> power output:
    http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/minj.htm
and then scroll down about 2-3 screens.

Flow rates are primarily in lbs/hr but can easily be converted to cc/min.

Yeah theoretically you could run a single 850cc/min injector to get your 170hp? Obviously you wouldnt/couldnt do that, so 850/4 = 212.5cc/min.

Is that what you meant shinyblue?

isn't that on a per pot basis (at engine power)? (and assuming revs don't cut into injection time)
    170hp = 126kw = 210-220cc injectors?

    GT28xx turbo
    steam pipe manifold
    3 litre plenum
    Bosch coils

    20ish psi

    Thoughts?????
This setup will do it no prob mate. You will need a GOOD tune and consider 200rwkw done. If you fall short of this you will need to look for problems somewhere i.e restriction in your I/C somewhere etc etc,as with the current parts list its a shoe in.
plenty of people have done it including myself

    A couple things.
Your injectors may or may not limit you. If you have a decent fuel pump and adjustable pressure reg you can up the pressure and you should get away with it.
I used the 550cc 13b injectors for ages and made 283rwkw with decent pumps and a reg.

So with the 440cc's i reccon youl be ok.

Is this a fresh motor ?? As this will make a difference.

The only other things i had was a slight port clean up ,big port head and big port cams,

Yeah we've decided to go with 13b injectors. A good tune won't be a problem as a mate is one of the best in the business

Motor will be fresh and balanced etc
