external wastegate....which one??? HELP NEEDED!

I'm still waiting for my TiAL 44mm turn up, but from what i've been told by a few people, they are quite the quality piece of work.

For $100 that sounds like a copy mate.

my gate, (which i think is 46mm also?) was genuine Tial and was $1000 quite some time ago.

PLUS it's fucked up on me countless time, so I'm not impressed with tial at all.

THAT said, the guys who supplied it to me have been great with their support and help.

i know its not a genuine gate....its ebay...lol

I have a brand new TiAL 44mm gate and i think it is sticking closed !! I used compressed air to blow it open to check that it was working and after that it worked ok for a couple of days. Now it doesnt seem to be opening again !!
If i use compressed air to blow it open again and it continues to work for a short time ill know it is siezing up and sticking !!!
I WONT BE HAPPY JAN !!..... will keep you guys posted!

i run a paul stanek 45mm wastegate

as far as i am aware they are the only wastegate that is rebuildable, and they come with a lifetime warranty from paul

i had a issue with it sticking open once, from running race fuel, he fixed it for free, paid the freight and put a different sleeve in it so it didnt happen again.

controls boost perfect.
