Rod, Port pairing was kept as per factory ie 1-2-3 and 4-5-6. Primary was mandrel bent 1 1/2" into 2" secondary then 2 1/4" at the collecter thru 4" high flow cat and 2 1/4" exhaust with resonator and straight thru box. Will get back to you with lengths.

Do you have the same steering rack limitations in the crown as the MA61?

i eagerly await primary/secondary lengths! I would guess 150rwkw would be the rough limit of an unopened motor.

    Wayne,

Mate my Stearing box is deffinatly a PITA. I had to use a 1JZ-GE Exhaust manifold as the stock 2JZ-GE manifolds would not quite clear.

This pic sums it up pretty well

I actually already have the flanges cut for a set of Custom JMR pipes but the 1JZ-GE manifold got me out of trouble and I just have not had them done yet.

That's pretty much what I have, although I only have a 3" high flow cat have the 2 1/4" exhaust resonator and a 3" cannon

The limitation is because its a steering BOX, not rack and pinion.

MA61's are racks so they will have different limitations, but from what ive seen factory exhausts (at least for N/A) clear the steering column.

In an MA61 the off the shelf headers like Xerd and Tune Agent won't clear the steering column and alterations are not an option, hence the need to fabricate a custom set.

Steering box is a major PITA. Only way out is custom or 1JZGE exhaust manifold.
