further on the octane thing you can also run more agressive advance curves to make up for the power loss. a dizzy re-curve is a good idea..

my vn cost me $300 to convert to LPG. thats with a tank that cost me 120 to get re-stamped, new LPG line and a LANDI convertor rebuilt with a second hand gas processor. i have a mate in the industry so we did this together.

mine took me 2 weeks for it to pay for itself. with the recent fuel price hike it is far cheaper to run

I rang around today i have been quoted 2600 to 2700 but they is a couple weeks wait as most places are booked out.. The govt rebate works by taking the reciepts and gas cert to any medicare or centrelink office and the money will be reinbursed. not sure how long though.

Hi Guys,

I've currently got a GasResearch LPG-only setup in my 3T-GTE powered TA-22...
It’s an 80 useable litre APA tank, Modified B2 converter, Highflow lockoffs, GRA throttle body, etc... & works fine with my current configuration putting out around 150kw at the wheels.

Its working well, but given its now a pure track vehicle, I'm looking to part with it for a fair price. Don't want to be a pushy salesman though, just thought I might be able to help someone to save a few $ on a solid / proven GRA system.
