Can't remember if this has been raised in here, but was reminded of it the other day so figured it should get put in.
7K conrods are identical (same part number) to 7AFE rods, which might come in handy for the KE crowd considering you can get aftermarket rods for the 7A quite easily...

I've read recently in some thread here that a Volvo diff bolts up to the RA28. The exact model wasn't mentioned, however it's worth saying that a Jeep locking diff fits Volvo 740/940 rear ends with no modification, and it fits 240 rear end with some machining. You will find plenty at Ebay typing "dana 30 diff"

Heh, you'll find the Dana 30 and 35 diffs being almost thrown away by the Jeep guys. They are weak and break really easily (well, when used for towing and off road etc anyway).

that's why I've bought an aftermarket one - Eaton (detroit truetrac) :-) There's actually a wide variety of aftermarket diffs for Dana/Spicer 30 axles.

You can use a Volvo diff in a Celica, but they are not "bolt up".

They need their mounts removed, and have the Celica mounts welded to them just like most other diff conversions.

Those nice looking Recaro style seats from the Paseo are a bolt in replacement for both 2 and 4 door ep91 Starlets.

They also drop your bum about 5-10cm and give more knee to steering wheel clearance.

You will need to use the seat belt buckles from your starlet seats and grind the little wings off the buckles so that the seat slides all the way back and forth.

I didn't try swapping the belts to the Paseo ones and this may end up being easier than the small amount of grinding.

TA22 master cylinder design with the two bolt setup (80mm apart centre to centre) have just become the new standard in toyota's newish models ranging from corolla's, camry's, starle'st and even celica's

    - the EP91 offers a 3/4inch bore twin cylinder (great for a direct replacement of the original single cylinder TA22)
    - i found a neat 7/8 inch unit from a 4 wheel disc brake 1997 corolla (was labelled AE102), which i installed on the TA22 tonight
    - an ACN21 (mid 2000's model something) had a 7/8 inch bore unit which had a remote reservoir attachment. The seals for the reservoir appeared to still be 75mm appart from both cylinders so you should be able to put any of the above reservoir's onto it as they are all 75mm as well
    - we know and love the 1 inch bore on the 20 series camry. well the 36 series camry are the same 1 inch bore, just a diff reservoir shape
    - we saw a late model celica on the roof of another car that we couldn't see the bore size but the bolt setup to the booster was 80mm apart also
    - i also have a 13/16 bore, 80mm two bolt, twin cylinder master cylinder but i can't find it on a factory car. might be for something with rear drums.

so there are lots of options for a replacement master cylinder for the old TA22 or anything with that two bolt 80mm stud pattern booster

Just thought I'd add this, I only got to page 19 and didn't see if it had been mentioned yet.

RA40 interior door bezels are the same as TA22 - RA28 and FJ40 Landcruisers ( I wanna steal the ones off my brothers Landcruiser )

The Thai bezels are not genuine, and what I would consider single us. They will break next time you try to remove them.

    cheers Chuck.
