Question Re: OST @ Motorvation 2007

I know you were waiting on quite a few forms from people Damo, so did you end-up sending them all in together or in a couple of batches?

As, like some others, I received a letter quite a while back with all the details of my confirmed entry. And now, it seems others are starting to receive letters. So, is this because they were submitted later?

We'll need to confirm what this all means. That is, if you've got any confirmation - you're in. Or you need the current apparently "second" letter to be in.

hey gene, yeah mate you need a second confirmation letter to be in. The orignal CONFIRMATION letter apparantly dont mean stuff all no more!!! Crazyness.

There is going to be a lot of pissed off people.

So far i believe only disturbed1 and misfit and the dude with the AE101 have recieved a second letter.

Gene - I ended up sending all of them in at the same time, prior to the early cut off date. So that included Dan and Lauren who got the initial letter you are talking about.
It now seems they have recieved a secondary letter to say they are definately definately in.. which is the one the rest of us are waiting on....

So I guess nothing is certain till we recieve the second letter.

I think the mail is still coming out tho.
I know when we went to the drags on wednesday, the girls at the gates were busy stuffing envelopes...

I may call later in the week to confirm for myself what is happening.

    Thanks

No letter for me yet either. Maybe tomorrow :\ The stupid thing is, that if I wasn't reading this thread I would have no idea about what is going on. I assume they are actually sending a "sorry, here is confirmation of your refund" letters too?

with the last letters going out tomorow, dont forget its christmas time and the mail is always late. so it is possible if your letter gets sent tomorow you may not get it til after christmas.

Yes, well if it turns out that those who originally received confirmation and had money taken from their accounts are out now, they better be refunding money very soon!

If they weren't sure they were going to accept a given application, they shouldn't have sent out any confirmation letter - AND charged the money.

    Should charge THEM interest!
