2jzgte front crank seal leak!! Help!

I fitted the seal after the first leak before the new engine build. The engine builder fitted this oil seal when I supplied him with a new oil pump. It could be possible that the seal was pushed out because I've seen a mod where they put in three screws to hold in the seal.. But looking at where the seal is not flush is between 10-0'clock & 12-0'clock & the oil drain port is at about 7-0'clock. Assuming that if theirs any pressure buildup to push the seal , it would be around the 7 mark??
