The voltage drop is either battery low on power or there is too much current draw due to the starter motor or a tight motor as i mentioned before .. charge up the Battery over night or swap it out for a heavier one & do the above checks as i mentioned in the 10th post otherwise its all guess work & will drag on for ages ..
Main thing is have you seen this motor run / start up recently as i mentioned, with this starter motor & combo etc, obviously before the engine swap you did is what i'm referring to ..
You can run Main Battery leads to small, but you can never run Main battery leads to Big, if they are to small you will get voltage drop there, especially at the startor motor & the leads will get Very Hot too, so check them, but do the other checks with the other leads too etc ..
