Last excedy clutch was pulled out of a hiace van last week the clutch had done 15000 klm clutch plate looked new no hot spots assembly of clutch was perfect , found that the clutch plate had falled apart . Beware anyone using exedy clutches ! especially on 4wd vehicles which are much harder to change clutches in ! Ive been using pbr clutches for many many years ive never ever had issues . Ever since exedy have started making clutches here in australia they are rubbish . Only the multy plate clutches manufactured in japan are still good ! Hope this helps you and everyone else out
