have i mentioned lately how much im enjoying buying off the shelf parts!!!
Ryley, measure the outer, if its 65mm, you'll have the same issues.
If its 70mm, all will be good.
At this stage all does not look good for xA61's and xZ1x's
Part Number is SPF1213K IIRC.
Ok, I've done some modding.
Shortened the 2 crush tubes from 70mm to 64mm.
And I cut this bit off 2 of the OUTER ones (only the FAR outer needs modding. The inside OUTER is the same as RA65 and fits perfect).
Here is what it looks like installed.
Here is how it looks installed, and where to use the bushes.
As it stands I am going to have to replace the M12 outside bolts with M14 ones, and drill the crossmember to fit M14 bolts.
OR
Replace the crush tubes (which suit M14 bolts) to ones that suit M12 bolts.
Will decide later what I do.

I checked both the MA61 rear end i have lying around, and the RA65 rear end (was difficult to get an exact measurement as it was in the car) but both the outer linkages are ~65mm and the inner ones are ~70mm.
So technically it shouldn't fit the RA65 perfectly either.

Ok, well that CERTAINLY throws a spanner in the works.
There must be no pattern to it.
Something everyone should check before they purchase.

I checked my spare pair (out of an Oct 82 Euro MA61) and one measurement was 65mm and the other was 70mm. Sorry - after looking at your latest pic with inner/outer all over it I can't tell which is which!
Peter
The last pic just shows where the bushes go.
You get 8 bushes in the kit, 4 marked 'inner' 4 marked 'outer'.
I just did that pic because I had the 4 inners in the inside two, and the 4 outers on the outside 2, and I was wrong.
Thought other people might make the same mistake.
As for how I'm going with this, I need the car rolling on saturday, so I've just chucked a pair of old T-series swingarms onto the subframe for the time being.
I'll look into my issues after Christmas. But I'll probably just end up putting the new bushes in one of the T-series swingarms and be done with it.

I dunno if it makes any difference, but the MA61 rear end I have has the 4.1:1 ratio LSD in it. I think they had a 3.9:1 ratio as well, but not sure whether that was an auto-only thing, or whatever else it may be. I'll double check what rear end the RA65 has on the build plate.

The auto MA61 will be the 4.1 and the manual will be the 3.9, it's the same for all Aus-spec.

Going on this (haven't had a chance to measure mine yet btw), the Nolathane bushes (the red brand) I have (ta Draven) aren't press in like the existing ones, they are two piece for each bolt if that makes sense. I need to check if they are indeed the right parts!
Can someone confirm that RT142 rear swing arms are the same as MA61...I want to put my MS123 hubs into my spare RT142 arms, but would like 110% confirmation that they are the same! The rough measurements I could do in comparison to the ones on the car seem to indicate that they are the same....
Cheers
Wilbo
I have spare MA61 swing arms at my place if you want to take some measurements or do a direct comparison.

Ok, further update to this.
With the SuperPro Kit, they set it up for the outer bolts to be M14's (14mm ID tube), where as stock uses an M12 bolt. So there was a bit of slack in there.
BUT, a trip to trusty Odin's, and we found some 12mm ID, 14mm OD bushes, they worked a treat. Only 14mm long, so I had to use 4 per side.
According to the Bosch Catalogue, these are now part number W420-05 Bosch Starter Bushing
