Mx22 Corona 5 stud front brake conversion

Hi, I am rebuilding an MX22 corona and using a hilux diff and rims and am wanting to run the same rims on the front so I am wondering if there is a simple 5 stud conversion from another toyota that will fit so I can use hilux rims on the front? Any info appreciated.

ms65 hubs, possibly the original strut? (if not, maybe an xt130/rt132 strut) then hilux 4 pots or nissan r33 4 pots.

Thanks I have heard that ms65 hubs fit but this model is not a strut front end, anyone know where I can get some?
