Hi, Intecraciing.com has some preparation instructions in their site for the AE86 swap. Here is the website http://www.intecracing.com/
I was wondering if some of you guys know or did this setup. I followed the instructions but the pictures they posted are not so clear.
I tried contacting them but with no answer.
Take a look at this picture:

They say at this step that "If doing AE101 Silver top, Route hoses like in the picture shown." But its unclear.
I don't know if someone can help me with the vacuum lines for a neater setup. Like what do I need and what I don't need on the ITB.
BTW I'm going to run on Microtech ECU and with a turbo setup.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Jairo

LOL you noticed that? I've posted this question on many forums yesterday, and until now I got just 3 answers including yours I need a clearer description of what to use and what not to use. I've been told that with a turbo setup the vacuum pressure will drop during spooling I don't know if that will have an effect on the engine. Any of you know what to do in this case?

The factory map sensor goes onto the vacuum rail that's above the quads that links to the idle control valve, I normally just run the map sensor off a barb on that rail on 20V motors.
Not sure what you are looking for, but if you have questions of how The
FPR works on a turbo engine, have a read here...

Thanks for the link jondee86. Thats another thing I was wondering, do I need to change the stock fuel pressure regulator or can I use it as is for the setup below? And if I do need to change it what is the best one to use for this setup?
- Turbo Garret GT3076RL turbo 0.60A/R
- Microtech LT10s ECU
- ARIAS low comp. pistons 8.9:1 C.R.;
- 4AGZE supercharger connecting rods;
- 3SGTE 440cc injectors;
- Denso Fuel Pump 950-0155 280Lph;
Thanks in advance for the help.![]()
