what is the normal idle rpm at normal temp? Its normal to idle up when AC is ON but cant remember what the AC idle up rpm should be.

have you tried just adjusting the base idle?... maybe do a diagnostic check with the engine light flash or clean the ISCV and make sure theres no gunk anywhere inside it cos that makes them act funny

I too have a very similer issue, although mine idles anywhere fromm 800 to 1100rpm and different times on trips. Have tried ecu resets which fix it for a small amount of time before returning. Have removed and cleaned the iscv, cleaned the afm and sprayed the throttle plate with no luck, so cant help with your problem but am subscribing hoping a toymods brain has an answer

My 100 was playing up when cold starting (and still takes a couple of seconds to build up to cold idle)
But removing and cleaning the ISCV mostly fixed it.

Since you have done that, and cleaned TB, and reset the ecu im out of ideas. Perhaps the ISCV are getting stuck open and not functioning correctly anymore, see if you can borrow a known good one and try it.

Are you 100% sure of the remaining wiring? If I recall it's a JZX100 engine in an JZA80...

Are you sure BATT on the engine ECU is wired up?

    Cheers
