I've only spun it over with the starter, which was running between 150-200RPM with my shit battery.

Yeh you need to be careful (as knightrous knows) with the nippon denso CAS VR pickups, the settings on the variable resistors on the mainboard need to be all the way to min, or sometimes you need to remove them and actually use a jumper or set resistance for them if you have issues.

Were you getting a solid cranking signal? This is what I couldnt get. Hopefully the resistor will sort this.

Just picked up a Ford EDIS setup to go with the MS-II, bye bye dizzy and hello wasted spark.

Since I got the V3.57 MS-II it is just a matter of swapping some jumpers to run the EDIS gear. Now I just need a 36-1 trigger wheel to fit a K series and to cut down a dizzy to act as the oil pump drive. Going to mount the coil above the dizzy so it still looks semi factory.

Good luck on the EDIS conversion! Successfully done it myself. PIP and SAW line aren't shielded on mine so maybe you could save a few bucks on normal wire there.

Anyone know if GM's ESC module works with Toyota Knock Sensors? I'm thinking that all knock sensors are just the same piezoelectric stuff internaly, so it should work?

    Hi Knightrous,

I added the 51k resistor to R21, but still getting a strange signal, cant get solid cranking signal and erratic rpms.

Can you please share your Trigger settings etc? Also you wiring for VR+ VR- and VR2 ..Cheers Mate.
