There are two spray patterns in the SARD injector ranges - single and double.

I've yet never been able to work out what part number represents what spray pattern, because most of the informative websites are in Japanese (which i aint no good at readin)

Here are the two part numbers for SARD 650cc/min top feed injectors:
    • 63562
    • 63563
    Here's the 800cc/min ones:
    • 63565
    • 63566

Here's the Sard info i have....

    Hey guys,

My cheap and dodgy ebay turbo arrived today, I ended up going with a bigger hybrid, namely a t70, it will be interesting to see how it spools on the 2.2L though, a bit of a search on the net shows 2L sr20's not having a problem at all. Even if it comes on relatively late... that way i can cruise around town without attracting attention to a screamer pipe.

EFI, injectors, comp, BOV etc etc, still to come, brake and diff uprades are 50% finished. Just waiting for exams to finish so i can put it all together!

    Cheers

    Craig

One of those Super T70s? I have one for the 13BT, bloody huge but twin entry exhaust housing will help a bit if you do a split pulse manifold....1&4 into one port and 2&3 into the other.

Joel (?) has one on his 2litre 1GGT six for an easy 250rwkw but it does come on a little late.

With a highish comp motor and 2.2 litre, off boost perf should still be nice.

    Joel (?)
Do you mean Josh with KE30 insane mobile.?
    YelloRolla's KE20 1/4mi = 11.32 @ 119mph @ 22psi on slicks
    12.44 @ 113 mph on 165 wide street tyres
210rwkw - not bad for a smelly 3TGTE running pump fuel.

I have found answers to the Sard injector questions too, thanks Rod

From the image above, the injectors of choice from Sard are:
    • 63501 - 534cc
    • 63500 - 700cc
    • 63502 - 660cc
    • 63506 - 550cc
    • 63518 - 1000cc.... for the clinicaly insane.
These are all single outlet flow, perfectly suitable to the 18R-G head.

Does anyone have a good supplier for Sard injectors? Apparently Greenline are pretty good:

I had a talk with my future engine tuner the other day and they said that they weren't big fans of the KKR turbo they played with.
It had issues limiting boost and its owner found it hard finding suitable actuators that worked. The guy who brought it in had it on a CA18 and ended up paying the extra money and getting a brand new Garret to replace it.
If anyone gets a KKR turbo, just make sure that the supplier has a good return policy.

I'm not trying to bag them here, just letting people know about one issue that has occurred.

The 63562's will wash all over your port walls unfortunately!
I saw those ones on ebay too, which is why i asked the tough questions and got the info needed... they ended up going for $300 which is still a good price, but a lot of money for something that aint quite right.

I just bought these as my cheap temporary option (buying 800cc SARDS later in life)

    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MEWN:IT&ih=017

They'll do me for now - although i'm dubious that they are 510cc, i think they are 450cc/min jobs
