Oh and the throttle body is shut.
Also it would stall after running between 30 secs and a 5 secs (which of course is the video above...)
After solving my spark problem the engine now starts. Problem now is that it has a ridiculously high idle and it varies from about 3500 to 4500. All the vacuum lines have been checked with the only ones not connected are the ones after the throttle body.
As well as this there is this squealing noise which sounds like It's coming from the inlet area.
I've added a video but disregard the hand over the inlet as it would stall even if I didn't place my hand over it.
Where shall I start? Help!

If there is any open ports or fittings between the throttle body and head, the car will rev high.
Did you reuse any gaskets, and clean all mating surfaces when you replaced any gaskets after you opened any joins in the pipework up?
Throttle body to J-pipe
Both sides of the supercharger
Intercooler to intake manifold
Intake manifold to head
Also make sure all your pipes are free of cracks etc.
That noise sounds like a whistle from a leak in the intake somewhere. Find the whistle and I reckon you'll find the cause of the high idle.
the only ones not connected are the ones after the throttle body.^^ there's your answer. fix that first and try again. If there is any open ports or fittings between the throttle body and head, the car will rev high.
