what im basically after is a strong fast motor(but not to hectily fast because we arnt allowed racerubber just on radials)something that is very popular,easy too work on,not too hard too get in,something that loves reving

...sorry, but I think you've just killed it with the same thing I suffered with, the old "I want everything for nothing and yesterday" sort of thing. Not having a go at you, again I've been there myself. From my experience them 2.7L Hiluxes, they're a pretty gutsy motor, personally I would honestly put that in a Celica with nothing more than an exhaust and cold intake. But that's just me, I'm a very simple kinda guy...

Do 3rz rev tho.i actually drove one of these on sunday and i gave it a bit of a squirt but it was me dads mate and he wldnt of liked it if he heard me going down the road reving the captain poobaa out of it lol.
How much did they go for at the auctions mate?
yeah we got 3 race cars mine,dads, and my brothers.hinking of selling them nut dnt no just yet its too fun haha.
If you're after an engine that likes to rev then I think you've been barking up the wrong tree with your options. Honestly having a fast race car is unlikely to have a lot to do with having an engine that revs high, you're better off with a strong torque and power curve with well matched gearing.
You could look at running a 5S-FE out of a camry or celica. They're plenty common enough and with a bit of head work and decent cams they can spin some decent revs. Better yet drop a 3S-GE head onto the 5S block with some aftermarket cams and it would be a good thing, it'll make good power and rev to 7500rpm+.
ive just done some research on a black top beams and it will work out cheaper and with about the same amount of HPs
How much wld a an engine+gearbox+ecu+loom cost or will it be better to get a alteeza front cut and i need 2 of them
