What are the base settings for a standard MS65 carby

I have rebuilt my carby but now want to tune it right. What are the base idle/mixture screw settings for the carb? What setting/how many turns have people got there carbies set at? Is there a particular process to tune these correctly? Cheers

Normally I set the mixture screw roughly 1.5 to 2 turns out.
