Belgian Beer Cafe Bluestone and Belgian Beer Cafe Garden are less than 20metres apart. They're pretty much the same place. I only said Bluestone Cafe because when you look Belgian Beer Garden up on the net, Bluestone Cafe is what comes up most prominently and appears on the Google Maps map.

I realise this, I wasn't trying to correct you, nor was I being a smart arse.

I made the assumption from your post that it would be inside the Bluestone Cafe, which is where I would have looked for everyone, but I thought I'd double check by asking rather than wasting my time trying to find everyone inside when everyone's outside.

Not too much of note Jeremy.. you will be part of the Rising Sun Team again.. we want everyone to be prepared well before time.. the other guys can probably fill you in on the rest.

I am happy to be the money collection point for rising sun... we believe entries will open in the next few days so those that want in need to be ready. Roughly $240.

i may be able to swing a sponsorship deal for the entry of one team
its only $1500,
what i need to know is
should we use it to pay the the entry for 1 team
or should we divide it up over three teams
or should we put it into the club car , as thats costing a bit at the moment
let me know
all it would involve would be running stickers on the cars either for one team or three teams

If I may add my 2 cents worth
spread sponsorship over all teams that way the sponsor gets more mileage for bucks

Is this sponsorship thing a "maybe", a "distinct possibilty", a "certainty", or what?
Who are they? Do they know exactly what type of event this is?

Last night we pretty much all agreed that we should run only two teams again this year.

As it stands, we have 2 solid teams. We could potentially fill half a third one and then talk some more people into also joining, but do we want the extra hassle of a third team? They'd be in a separate garage, we may not know half the drivers (if we have to find people from other clubs), we need a third manager, etc.

Just a note for anyone still prepping their cars, Autobarn are advertising fire extinguishers with metal bracket for $20.

i had a meeting with neil choi tonight
entries are not open until just after Easter
he said that he will email me with the entry format , we have to have all our details and signatures ready to drop off at his place that way our spots will be secure
in other words we get the entry forms before the other teams

I think the Celica team has pretty much done our paperwork so that it's ready to hand in, as far as I know, so that's a good start in the right direction.
