Simon... Where did you book? I've stayed at Kelly Country Motel in Glenrowan before. That was fairly good. It's just as close to the track as Benalla but the town doesn't have the same number of facilities unfortunately. eg: you'll end up going to Benalla anyway if you need fuel.

Booked at Kelly Country Motel, and booked for the Friday night now also.

What's wrong with the BPs at Glenrowan by the freeway? The northbound side one is accessable from Glenrowan township without going on the freeway I believe.

That is correct 28, just turn right onto the old freeway from winton, then go through Glenrowan, don't turn right at Glenrowan onto the freeway, you just continue straight ahead.

Ok... maybe petrol was a bad example. It's just a heaps smaller town and if we're going to meet up for dinner or something, it'll be at Benalla.

Anyhow... it's good you've got a place to stay and Kelly Country is pretty good from past experience. The bloke that runs the takeaway shop next door is funny as fuck. Not intentionally.

That's cool, the wife will have her Rolla there anyway, so wont have to drive the 28 around the town(s) and such.
