I'm trying to piggyback the lt12s into my stock Aristo wiring. The stock ecu will go to igniter than to coil. The lt12s ignition output with 6 -ve output.
1.Should cut the wires inbetween stock ecu to igniter & joing to lt12s ignition output?
2.For Injectors, Should I remove the stock injector resister & join direct to lt12s injectors output?
You want to keep the stock ECU to control the auto I assume?
1) Yes, intercept the wires that go to the igniter (Disconnect from stock ECU)
You will also need to setup a circuit that generates the IGf (Ignition verification signal) to the stock ECU. The stock ECU won't be happy if it doesn't have this.
See this thread.

2) 2JZGTE Aristo doesn't have injector resistors. Just remove wires to stock ECU and connect to LT12S
