Yeah... will probably start chasing people down the start of september so I have a chance to get all of them together and send them off as a group

OST don't determine who can enter or not mate.

It all depends on the Motorvation organisers on who gets accepted.

If your car isn't finished you can still fill out the entry form with current pics. But the committee will need to see progress pics so they can determine if you will be finished or not in time. You can't swap another car in if its not finished in time. They say you can swap with another car that was also entered but rejected. But this is still subject to the committees decision so its not 100%.

I say just fill out the form and enter anyway! If you dont get accepted you get a refund.

Just remember they prefer 650 commodores and fords 30 subarus and 15 skylines and very few toyotas. Have found a set of suitable mags at last. Now will I have time for a different engine? Me thinks the 18RG has to make way for something turbo.
