Looks the goods Rudi. I will be back in perth in 2 weeks and only there for 1 week then back up north again for another 2 so I will have to get serious. At least it will give me time to gather some badly needed funds. I will have to take some leave soon and that will give me some time to organise stuff

Dave, if all you want is BOOST - I'm sure there's an easier/cheaper option than a 7MGTE by the way.
I'd say you would be pushing for that sort of conversion to be done before Motorvation

you are probably right Damo. I will see what I can come up with when I am next in Perth.even If I dont get it sorted for motorvation I will still be there as I am taking holidays and am sure i can sort out a buddy pass.

yeah got a tidy lookin 18RG donk in there now..
maybe just need to make the actual car more "show" spec...
little more detailing or come custom change will be easier to take on than a custom engine conversion

i dont think theres anything on daves car that i would change. its just beautifully original.
obviuously without owning and living with the car i would miss the little things, but i personall think putting any engine other than an 18R in it is a bit of a bastardisation.
but thats just me
