I should be there. Still waiting for some parts to fit onto it, but it still drives.

Loz.. you may as well go down there and show it off... you have paid your entry, and its too late to get a refund. If its drivable, get it down there

Ah well, at least you have a spot Todd... looks like OST will be up on topside again.

Yep, if the Supra club are outcasts, not sure what OST is :-(

We get lots of rejections, get put up topside and are disallowed swapping, even though we typically have the room for the car to swap in. We could have easily fitted a car or two in our allocated area last year. Not sure why Pete's was rejected.

yeah... I dislike that cars get selected one year, then they are more modified the next year, then get rejected!! What the..??

Here's hoping 2011 will be our year!
Just need everyone to finish their cars in 2010! (including myself!!)

My suggestion would be to visit all the like minded competitors this year to see about forming a united front for next year. When you look at the "clubs" that have decent location and numbers, you surely have to think differently about your participation in this show - a couple of riceburners in what is ostensibly a V8 car show, will never cut the mustard.

Personally, Motovation doesn't overly excite me - I go once every 7-8 years, and thats enough for me - walking around the bogans will do that to a guy though! I will also admit that it is possible to change, but it will be a long hard road unless you all group together to change the nature of the show.

I wish you all the best, who knows - I may even toddle down there this year (it must have been at least 7 years since I last went to a Motorvation?!), but I'll be keeping my cars (V8's and rice burners alike) in the shed for this show.

You'll receive your entrant pack soon. It will have a booklet with all the details, your tickets, passes, etc.
