it is good when it is actually something really stupid and easy to fix rather than something terrible. Moral of the story: ALWAYS try the easy stuff first

    Shane,
I wasn't really going to swap parts with you, I just wanted to distract you for long enough to steal your new Turbo - Ha ha ha ha ha

    Just kidding.

I was so happy for you when you told me this last night, I was pulling my hair out thinking what it could be..

I called the dude at Davies Craig that I was dealing with when setting up my system and we went through all the bits - he asked "wired up correctly ?, blades coirrect orientation ?, radiator cleaned, ? Thermostat working ? controller set right ?, fans actually turning on ? etc etc..

It had him baffled and he started calculating measurements and air flow and speeds etc and after about 10 mins called me back and said ' Stuffed if I know, it defies logic"

based on past animal testing most can withstand about 650 odd hp but depends on thier condition like anything (I've heard of originals withstanding alot more after having a few treatments though)... I got my self a new set plus a bunch of other crap too.....since my engine has to come apart

let us know if your racing though..... (i might be racing a little datto we been building up too but its a long shot)

    i am racing on friday.

i have made 510 rwhp my car has been making over 440 rwhp for 1 year now, i have over 160 passes on the dyno and 100 passes at the track, my engine has done 184000k;s

510 rwp through an auto equates to ust under 700 at the crank.

i would say im on the limit now.
