it may be though, thats the only thing. lets say roughly, a 5000km drive if we take into account the round trip..

if we have 2 weeks over there, and how longs Toyota Fest? 2-3 Days?.. then that leaves us 11 full days of driving, there and back.. which is 909km a day calculated out. It would be quite tight..

Toyotafest is 1 day, the Sunday. The dinner is the day after, and WSID is the Wednesday after that. If we leave on the Saturday the 23rd of September as planned, we have a week to get there before-hand. We then have 4 days to get back, arriving on the Sunday.

We don't have to go through Melbourne on the way back, same as we don't have to go through Adelaide. I was just thinking it might be nice to pass through on the way there, catch up with some of the Victorian Toymodders. The flip side is, if we don't go through Melbourne we just spent more time kicking around Sydney.

ahhh shit yes sorry, forgot we didnt need to go through on the way back. definitely sounds like a plan then if were cutting the time back on the way back.

i think 7M owners should bring a stock head gasket along for the ride though across the nullarbor.. just in case thats all, coz its a shit of a spot to break down.

if that's the case, stock pile fuel now

even resell it for 10c/L less than the competitors... just neglect to mention the fact, the petrol isn't exactly fresh...

I'm bailing 'cause of how much it'll cost in fuel
Plus I've spent nearly $2000 so far to help get my yellow sticker off and the engine still needs to be engineered before the yellow comes off.
I'm also starting the single turbo conversion as I bought the manifold yesterday.
So no time to save for a trip...

So true, it cost me $1.49 two days ago for BP U98. I didn't fill the tank up all the way then, but the two times before that I filled the tank up all the way for $80 a pop both times
