I've never done this but have considered it....
the hardest part will be putting in the new pedal box thingo and doing all the clutch stuff....
The T50 gearbox should bolt up to your 2T.....
Then you might want a Manual console and badges....
The easiest thing could be is to buy a wrecked manual TA22 with a good gearbox/clutch etc and rip all the parts out of that....

Just off the top of my head - things required

    - Gearbox (duh)
    - Gearbox crossmember
    - Flywheel
    - Tailshaft
    - Diff (not a big deal but autos had different ratios)
    - Clutch
    - Clutch master and slave cylinder
    - Fluid line between cylinders
    - pedal box with clutch pedal
    - Manual centre console

I think thats about it - Like Ace said the cheapest way to do this would probably be just to buy a semi-complete TA22 wreck rather than trying to get all the parts together. That way you can just swap the parts and you have a reference to go by. Also if you don't have to worry about missing parts.

There may be things i've missed here - but i think thats the main stuff

Mate there is nothing difficult about doing an auto to manual conversion in the TA22!
You just need to source the following:
    T50 with clutch slave
    Tailshaft
    Clutch master
    Clutch line
    Brake pedal
    Clutch pedal
Manual crossmember. This is not really required, but makes things a lot easier.

Once you have all the above, it all just bolts in

It's pretty easy, gather the parts and just do it! There's a neutral start switch to close but that's easy on these, the plugs are in the loom to change it back. Throw a spigot bearing in the end of the crank too
The shifter hole will have to be cut further forward, and a plate welded/riveted in at the back of it.
