450mm x 300mm x 75mm will fit behind the grille. Cut the outlets off and weld 90* pipes on there or use 90* silicon. Pipes exit in the corner of the rail where the bumper rio bolts to. There is a thread on putting a front mount into a celica with some pics so see if you can find that. iirc it was on a 23 or 28 but theyre the same in this regard.
