    I'm also looking for a head gasket...I've been told that the standard GZE gasket can hold with engines running up to 25psi. My block is being bored to 82mm...oversized by 1mm from standard.

    Will I be able to use a GZE head gasket, or should I just fork out for a Cometic one, and will this fit the new bore size?

    you re-used torque to yeild bolts? i dont think i have to tell you thats incredibly stupid. i dont know your setup, but if your gonna be running 30psi why would you cut corners on something so important? do you understand what torque to yeild means? crazy!

    Yeah I know what torque to yeild means!
    It wasnt a mater of cutting corners i reused the bolts a long time ago in the last rebuild when i hadnt planed to run so much boost!!! IT was more a case of budget and using what I had. Then i started getting carried away with Things ( boost gota love the stuff ) and it started form there.Like i said in my previous post even if the bolts were new im positive it still would have happened!
